Every batch, before release.
Every batch goes to an outside laboratory before release. We reconcile the report against our written specification for purity, mass and peak profile, and hold the batch if the numbers disagree.

If an order never arrives, or fails the specification it was sold against, we refund it in full. The cost of getting it wrong is ours, not your research budget.

We confirm the batch
Within 24 hours we confirm stock and the exact batch you will receive, with its certificate of analysis attached to your order.

It ships, tracked
Carrier tracking is recorded against the order. Cold-chain shipments are logged from dispatch to doorstep.
04Release
You confirm delivery
Payment releases to us once you confirm — or five days after tracking shows delivered. Report a problem first and it stays held.
